Do you have a go-to method of connecting to spirit? You probably do, even if you don't realize it. Many people when asked don't feel they are consistent with any kind of spiritual practice, but look at your actions. When stressed, what do you do to connect? Here are some suggestions you may already be following:

  1. Conscious breathing -- a simple conscious breath reconnects you.
  2. Feeling grateful even when you're down -- you find something!
  3. Watching the wind blow the leaves on the trees.
  4. Saying a special word with every step, like "peace, peace, peace."
  5. Visualizing the stress in some way evaporating, and finding a new way.

What is your practice? Is it on this list? Meditation is not on the list, why? Because most people consider themselves not to be consistent enough with meditation. But it might be what you use most of all! N'amaste.

Do you have a story of spirit you would like to share in the newsletter? Email , please!
