NEFEC's Title IV, Part A program purchased and assembled supplies for back to school hygiene kits districts can use to assist students in need. Each kit contained approximately ten personal care items, including soap, shampoo, lotion, a toothbrush, and toothpaste.
PK Yonge Developmental Research School and Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind each received 50 kits. All other NEFEC districts received approximately 100 kits.
