In 2023, the Brown Church Institute studied Hispanic youth ministries in the US. They discovered that only 2.5% of Hispanic churches in the US have paid youth ministers on their staffs. But, most books and training about youth ministry are patterned after models of youth ministry that have paid youth pastors. See the discrepancy?
