This is only our second time to send out two emails in the same month, but we have an exciting special to share with you.

As many of you know, ARMLS has just launched its new Certified Photographer program. This is not ARMLS recommending photographers because of their skills or prices, but a qualification procedure to allow photographers to upload your media to your MLS listings.  

These companies are listed alphabetically. As a matter of fact most of the listed services appear to be using cropped-sensor consumer or prosumer cameras and are more expensive than Snap2Close, and none offer a free floor plan with every photoshoot package. 

So, here is our September special: FREE UPLOADS to ARMLS!

When you post your listing on ARMLS, you will find that you have the ability to select Snap2Close as your Certified Photographer. This action sends an email to Snap2Close when our name is selected.

“You are receiving this email because you have been added as the certified photographer on Incomplete Listing for (your name and your brokerage name). Login to Flexmls to add media to the listing”

Accordingly, we login with our Snap2Close credentials and upload your media, embed videos and 3D Tours and add your Virtual Tour link.

And, all of this will be for FREE.

Adding a photographer to your listing is as easy as adding a co-lister! You can add a photographer in Flexmls at different points in the life cycle of a listing and for various reasons. Let’s review how it’s done.

Adding a Photographer to a New Listing

To add a photographer while entering your listing, search for their name in the Certified Photographer field on the General tab of your listing.

Once your listing is live in Flexmls, go to the main menu and select change listing. From there, select the listing you need to change. On the Change screen, select Listing/Selling Member.

You’ll now be able to add a photographer to an active listing.

Free ARMLS Certified Watermarks

As part of the ARMLS certification process, they have officially endorsed the images shown above as official watermark images.  Starting today, we will be asking you if you want Snap2Close to add these watermark images to your photos.  There is no cost for this additional service.

By now you may have already used our new client portal, Aryeo to order photoshoots and download media. In the coming months we will be fully transitioning into our new back office. For now we are still hosting our archive in our old back office software, Full Frame. If you have any media you would like to download from old photoshoots please do so as soon as possible. You may contact our office with any questions.
