Exploring the power of one-to-one coaching


Last fall, I wrote about the passing of my mother. In the time since her death, I have found myself navigating one of the most difficult periods of my life.


Navigating grief while continuing to lead Vision Coaching was, needless to say, a challenging balancing act. 


Thankfully, I had Barb Richards in my corner. Barb has, for years, been my coach. And her help over the last couple of months has highlighted the power and effectiveness of coaching.


Her ability to create a safe, supportive space – allowing me to process my emotions and focus on what mattered most – was incredibly helpful.


She not only helped me find clarity during one of the most challenging periods of my life, but she has also guided me in strengthening my leadership skills over the years and fostering my personal and professional growth.


This experience has once again emphasized just how much power leadership coaching has to transform lives.
