INSPIRATIONAL NEWSLETTER

FRIDAY

APRIL 3, 2026

We pray that this newsletter and its contents that we share will help you on your daily journey with Christ, causing you to grow in the ways of the Lord.

The giftings of the fivefold ministry (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher) should have one purpose, and that is the teaching and equipping of the saints until we come into unity.

This is why we teach so that you can grow stronger in your faith until unity comes in the body of Christ. Take what you have learned and share it with others so that we can further the kingdom for Jesus Christ.

BARABBAS

Pontius Pilate saw that the religious people wanted to crucify Jesus. He knew Jesus had not done anything worthy of death by crucifixion and Pilate wanted to see him released. He offered the choice of letting one prisoner go free. It would either be Jesus or Barabbas, who was a well-known lawbreaker. Certainly, they would choose Jesus, who had healed the sick and raised the dead, who went about doing good.

We know that Barabbas was a well-known offender, possibly a murderer but known as a thief. Pilate thought they would choose Jesus, but instead they chose Barabbas. Barabbas deserved crucifixion, but God had another plan.

The religious leaders hated Jesus and persuaded the crowd to ask for the release of Barabbas and silence Jesus once and for all.

When we look at the Greek name Bar-abbas, it means son of Abba which means father or in English, “son of the father.” We also know that Jesus was the Son of the Father. Two sons of the father. Something interesting was happening.

There was a great exchange taking place here. Jesus, the Son of the Father, the one who was not guilty, was taking the place of Bar-abbas, the one that was guilty, who was named the son of the father, but not a son of Father God. He was the son of his father, the devil, or Satan, bound by sin and heading for eternity separated from the Father in Hell.

Jesus was about to give his life as the Son of Father God, for Bar-abbas, the son of the father Satan. This even represents more than we can realize. God allowed his Son to take the place of Bar-abbas to show us his love. Pilate could no more have stopped this from happening than he could stop the crucifixion of Jesus that came because of Bar-abbas’ release. The not guilty Son of the Father released the guilty son of the father.

We, too, stand on the auction block of sin, guilty as charged, but Jesus releases us from that guilty charge when accept him as our savior having shed his innocent blood or out guilty blood. When we realize what happened to Bar-abbas also happens to us, we should lift our hands in praise to Father God, thanking him for this great exchange of love.

We deserve the death penalty, but God, the Father, through his great love for us and all mankind made a way out. Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection are proof of that love. We must never take it lightly.

We do not know what happened to Bar-abbas after he was freed, but if I were him and knew that an innocent man took my place of death, I would certainly learn more about him.

Have you given your life totally to Jesus? Do you thank him daily for what he has done for you? Every time we sin it is a reminder of those nails that pierced his hands and feet. Every time we take what He has done lightly, we must remember that crown of thorns that pierced his head, but Jesus then said in Luke 23:34, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” May we always remember what it cost Jesus to set Bar-abbas free and what it cost Jesus to set us free too.

PROPHETIC WORDS AND EXHORTATIONS

HELEN SANDERS

PROPHETIC EXHORTATION

4-3-2026

It isn't how much you give that God sees. The widow only had one mite but that was everything she had when she put it in the offering. God looks at the heart and sees what is most important to you. Whether it be worldly things or spiritual things He sees it all. Don't let your little "mite" keep you from giving if that is all you can give. Then, give what you give with a cheerful heart, knowing that God sees the motives of our heart when we give.

_______________

The day our Lord and Savior died for us.

“Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land. And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” Some of those who stood there, when they heard that, said, “This Man is calling for Elijah!” Immediately one of them ran and took a sponge, filled it with sour wine and put it on a reed, and offered it to Him to drink. The rest said, “Let Him alone; let us see if Elijah will come to save Him.” And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit. Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split, and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many. So when the centurion and those with him, who were guarding Jesus, saw the earthquake and the things that had happened, they feared greatly, saying, “Truly this was the Son of God!” And many women who followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering to Him, were there looking on from afar, among whom were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedee’s sons.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭27‬:‭45‬-‭56‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

APOSTLE PAT MURRAY

PROPHETIC EXHORTATION

_____________

It’s true you cannot CHANGE your PAST; But you’ll come close to ruining your PRESENT by continuing to worry about your FUTURE. So make a FIRM decision to LIVE a GOOD life; And do YOUR part to make it great NOT just for YOURSELF…But also DO it RIGHT for the sake of many OTHERS around you. Now you can KNOW by doing THIS that; IT could actually put a much needed smile on the face of a stranger…And again giving them a reason to live. Now pause and think on this and have yourself a fabulously blessed day.

BARBARA TOWER

PROPHETESS

SEER/INTERCESSOR

God did not make us "cookie cutter" beings; but to be uniquely and wonderfully made by Him. He knows us better than we do our own selves. That is why we never lean to our own understanding but to His. It's always about Him not us. He sacrificed His all, so we could be free in Him. Our choices should always be filtered through surrender to Him or we will be left to our own choices of "free will", which will lead us astray.

Works! HCC

Not by works, do you get to heaven.

It’s about Faith,

about accepting Christ, as your Savior.

The Holy Spirit then moves into you.

And you are changed. You are made new.

Because of Christ’s death,

all your sins, past, And Present and future are forgiven.

What a gift from our heavenly Father.

The gift Of his Son, Christ Jesus;

and then you walk With Christ,

you pray to him,

you try to do What is right,

and you never give up.

But the best is you love, you forgive.

When you fail, remember God forgives, so you,

Try again, your always try again.
