Shooters...
Due to the predicted 50 degree weather on Friday, we've added Friday as a shooting day for the Frozen Five #4 & 4.5. The shoot now runs Friday, 2/10 - Sunday 2/12. There is a lot of information below, so please read the entire email.
IF YOU PRE-REGISTERED
If you pre-registered and plan to shoot on the same day you are currently registered for, there is nothing you need to do - we still have your registration.
If you pre-registered and plan to shoot on a different day (ex: you were registered on Saturday but now want to shoot on Friday), please go into ScoreChaser and update your registration.
If you pre-registered and can no longer make the shoot, please go into ScoreChaser and cancel your registration. Also, if you are cancelling (or changing the day you plan to shoot and reserved a golf cart, please email in to also change/cancel your cart reservation.
EVENTS
The events are the same for all three days. This shoot will consist of two, 100 target NSCA registered events: a 100 target Main (Frozen Five #4) and a second Main event type event (Frozen Five #4.5). The course will be open 8am - 3pm all days. You can shoot either event first. Please, no mixed event squads...please have everyone on your squad shoot the same event at the same time.
This shoot will run the same as our most recent previous events. Both events are European start (no pre-squadding, you will squad yourself), but you MUST register that you (and your squad mates) are coming and the day(s) you wish to shoot.
RENEW YOUR NSCA MEMBERSHIP NOW
Your NSCA membership expired on 12/31. In order to shoot registered at the next shoot, you will need to be sure that you renew your membership prior to this shoot. Now that we are on ScoreChaser, your NSCA information automatically populates when you register. if your membership is not up to date at the time you sign in at Scarborough, you will be shooting in Hunter Class. If you have renewed your membership and it isn't up to date on the NSCA website, please be sure to bring proof that you have renewed, otherwise you will be placed in Hunter class for this shoot. As you know, we are now putting all our shoots up on ScoreChaser.com. It is easy to create a free account. We strongly urge all our shooters to go out and create a FREE account and become familiar with the ScoreChaser.com website. If you are having trouble creating an account on ScoreChaser, please reach out to their technical support. Need help creating your ScoreChaser account, go to ScoreChaser’s Tutorial Video.
REGISTER
To register, please register on ScoreChaser.com. On ScoreChaser, if you have an NSCA number, please type it into the NSCA ID field (and press enter) when registering - it will automatically pull all your information from the NSCA database and load your class information. Please be sure to select the day you are shooting (once you click the event you are registering for, it gives you the Option of Friday, Saturday or Sunday) - it helps us get a lunch count for each day. If you use ScoreChaser to register for events outside of Maine, please use ScoreChaser to register for our events.
REGISTERING MULTIPLE SHOOTERS
We've had some questions about how to register multiple shooters on ScoreChaser. Go in and register yourself (if you have an NSCA number, be sure to put that in the proper field on the first page). When you get to the payment page (no payment is due until you get to the club to register in), at the bottom next to the "REGISTER" button, please click "+REGISTER ANOTHER SHOOTER". You will need to do that for each shooter you wish to register. Filling out the squadding information, DOES NOT register additional shooters in.
If you are registering someone after you have already sent in your registration, go back to the main page of our shoot. Below the green button "My Registration" on that main page, click "+REGISTER ANOTHER SHOOTER".

Lunch will be on Saturday & Sunday. If shooting on Friday, please bring your own lunch.
AMMO
We have plenty of ammo for sale at all of our events.
GOLF Carts
We now have a limited number of golf carts available to rent for our events. $50 per day. Please EMAIL in to reserve a cart. If you reserve a cart and cannot make the shoot, please email in to cancel your cart reservation.
PUBLIC RECREATIONAL 5 STAND
A reminder that sporting clays for Wednesday and Sunday are closed for the season. During the winter we offer 5-Stand on Wednesdays 9am - 3pm and Sundays 10am - 2pm (non tournament Sundays). Weather permitting.
