Together, We Shine

Hannah Pearson is celebrating a meaningful milestone: greater independence in the kitchen.

By expressing her desire to take a more active role in meal preparation and confidently sharing what she truly enjoys eating, Hannah has worked closely with staff to create a new routine that reflects her goals and preferences.

Using The Family Freezer and Crockpot recipes, she now plans and prepares a variety of nutritious, delicious meals in advance. This simple yet powerful shift has not only made mealtimes easier but has also reduced the temptation to stray from her plan.

With ready-to-enjoy options always within reach, Hannah is thriving in both health and happiness. Her journey is a wonderful reminder of the empowerment that comes from self-advocacy and the pride that comes from taking ownership of her own meal planning.
