Consultations - Addition of Regulation
The MLITSD is seeking feedback on a potential new regulation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) that would require certain workplace parties to ensure that records of cleaning of washroom facilities are posted. The proposed regulation would apply to the wide range of workplaces that fall under the OHSA, including construction projects, industrial establishments, mines, farming operations and health care facilities. Consequential amendments to existing sector regulations under the OHSA are also proposed. Consultation ends October 18th, 2024
