South Florida:
Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, and Palm Beach County 3.31.2020
Last night, March 30, 2020, Governor DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-89 ordering public access restrictions to non-essential businesses and facilities in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties from today until April 15, 2020 unless extended. The Governor’s Order incorporated guidelines on essential businesses from the March 19, 2020 Miami-Dade Emergency Order. Therefore under the Governor’s Executive Order all swimming pool and spa businesses in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties will be able to continue to operate for the duration of the Executive Order. FSPA strongly advises all pool and spa professionals and business to follow the CDC’s guidelines on social distancing and personal hygiene while conducting business and meeting your customer’s needs.
