EVENT DAY: SATURDAY MAY 27, 2023
 
Location: The Old Mill Toronto (21 Old Mill Rd.)

Entrance: Upper Circular Drive (flag entrance)

Parking: Parking is included in Old Mill Lots located across the street from the Spa Entrance and over the bridge (Download Pass)

Event Staff Dress: (unless otherwise stated)
  • All event staff should bring reusable water bottles.
  • Men: Black Suit and Tie or Black Dress Shirt
  • Ladies - Black Dress Shirt and Pants (Option of Black Dress)
  • Ring Girls: Black Dresses and comfortable footwear (no stilettos)
  • Dancers, Musicians, Performers etc: Dress how you feel... Funky Fresh 
TIMES MATERIALS:

ARRIVAL TIMES: 
  • 07:00 am - 3:30 pm Full Setup (see Full Itinerary for setup times)
  • Tech Rehearsal: Various Times (confirm with production)
  • 2:00 pm - 3:45 pm - Vendor/Staff Check-ins - All event staff must be checked in before 3:45 pm (Excluding Boxing Ontario Officials)
  • 3:00 pm - Host Team & Door Men Team Orientations
  • 3:30 pm Sharp - FTEC Event Staff Orientation - ALL TEAMS PRESENT 
  • Meet in Balmoral Room
  • 4:00 pm - Fighter Orientation - Brule B (Fighter Itinerary)
  • 5:00 pm - Red Carpet (Special Guest Direction)
  • 5:45 - 6:00 pm - Boxing Ontario Officials & Doctor Arrive (weigh-ins begin 6pm sharp)
  • 11:00 pm - All Staff Required for post event clean up (excluding fight team) - we will be moving all items to the York room for next day pickup - this shouldn't take long - I know we all want to get to the After Party
  • Sunday May 28, 2023 - Cleanup and load out to be complete by 4pm (10:30 am arrival for volunteer cleaners)

Our Official Media Day last Thursday at The El Mocambo was EPIC (check out the full story for video and photos).

We have finally reached fight night, after nearly 3 years of preparation and training! Our Las Vegas-style pre-show entertainment will commence following a glamorous cocktail reception and gourmet dinner.
