Lighthouse Private Christian Academy in Gulf Breeze has “adopted” Faith Christian School in Port St. Joe, FL.  Some of you may remember that Faith Christian School is where Sandi Carlson’s sister is the principal. Some of you donated supplies to this small school and it was/is so very appreciated.

Sadly, so many are still displaced after the terrible hurricane that left this small community mostly in ruins.

Faith Ellisor, our beloved pastor’s wife, is the principal at Lighthouse. Carla McGhee, Sandi’s Carlson’s sister, is the principal at Faith Christian School. These two women have made a connection because of the tragedy, kind of a “beauty from ashes” relationship.

Faith is asking her academy and community to donate gift cards in any amount, nothing is too small, to help give Christmas to the teachers at Faith Christian School in Port St. Joe. Some of the teachers at this small Christian school are still displaced and could use some help making this Christmas special for their own children.

If you would like to donate to this, please drop any gift card off in any amount to the church office before Friday, December 7 th at noon. Or you can give gift cards to Faith in church on Sunday.

Thank you for considering a gift and Merry Christmas!!

Sandi
