Current Sermon Theme:
Experiencing God
(a guide to knowing and doing God's will):
"Going Deeper In My Relationship With God"

John 15: 1-5

You cannot experience God if you're not connected to God. God is with us all the time, seeking a deeper connection, but we have to put ourselves in the position to stay connected and grow in our faith. Big Point: "God pursues a relationship with us that is real and personal".

Rev. Steve Woody will be preaching during our 9 am Contemporary Service and our 11 am Traditional Service. You can also join us by watching our livestream services.

Escaping the Cage of:

"Arrogance"

Isaiah 14: 12-15

This Sunday we will be looking at one of the greatest examples of arrogance and see that when we look at things outside of the scope of what God wants us to see, we too, will see we have an "I" problem.

Rev. Darwood Galaway will be preaching during the 9 am Gospel Service.

CURRENT STUDIES
Tuesday Morning Seekers Bible Study

Wouldn’t it be fascinating to attend a Bible study led by John Wesley? The Bible was central to John Wesley’s faith and the Christian movement he founded. Scott J. Jones and his son Arthur D. Jones use Wesley’s own words to address questions that many still struggle with today. Each chapter explores a key Scripture text and one of Wesley’s sermons about the text to illuminate his understanding about what it means to be a real Christian.     Chapters include:

1.    What is the Bible’s Message?
2.    How Can I Be Saved?
3.    Am I a Real Christian?
4.    Do I Have to Obey the Law?
5.    Am I a Sinner?
6.    How Can I Connect with God?
7.    Why is the Christian Life Not Easier?
8.    What about My Money?

Tuesdays 9:00 - 11:00       January 4 – Feb. 22

The Rock, the Road, and the Rabbi

Come! Explore the land of Israel and mine the treasures of God's Word.  In this study, we will join Kathie Lee as she visits sites in Israel that have impacted her life. As she shares her story, Rabbi Jason Sobel, a messianic Jewish rabbi, provides fascinating background details into the language, culture and heritage that make the story of the New Testament come alive.

Join us for a journey through the spiritual foundations of our faith:

·        The Rock (Jesus Christ): Get to know the Lover of our soul.
·        The Road (Israel): Explore dozens of ancient landmarks and historical sites from Israel.
·        The Rabbi (God’s Word): Deeper meanings of the Holy Scriptures.
