About the artist:

" Jean Tudor lives in Edgewood, Washington, having returned to her native Tacoma area after residing on the West Coast, the East Coast, the Midwest, and Colombia, Latin America. She is married to William E. Tudor, a retired Episcopal priest. Jean has been the president (1991-95) of The Enamelist Society and a member of their Board of Trustees (1989-1995 and 2001-2003). She has been a member of The Enamelist Society since its inception in 1987. She is a juried member of the Northwest Designer Craftsmen. Jean teaches cloisonné, raku-fired enamels, and hot-formed enamels workshops in various places around the country in addition to teaching every summer at The Grünewald Guild, an art/faith center near Leavenworth, WA. She has served on the Grünewald Guild board of trustees. She is represented by The ArtHouse (Olympia, WA).
