FVSU Students,

It is now mandatory that all active Fort Valley State University students have an FVSU ID Card. If you are attending classes on the main campus in Fort Valley and do not have a current FVSU ID, please stop by the ID office in room 240 in the Troup administration building to take your ID picture. Bring a copy of your state ID with you.

If you are a fully online student or take classes solely at the Warner Robins Center, please attach a clear head shot of yourself along with a copy of your state ID in the respective fields of the attached link.

In order to receive your ID card, you will need to provide us with your current mailing address. We will work to have your ID mailed out to you within two business days of receiving your form.
