Fort Worth Housing Solutions is pleased to re-confirm that you have been selected for the 2021 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Wait List. This means that you may qualify for a rental assistance voucher as existing clients exit the program and vouchers administered by our agency become available.
FWHS is uploading records to our HCV registration site. This is the site you will visit to find your position on the Wait List as records are updated. If you cannot immediately access your Wait List position, check back on the Applicant Portal in a few days.
When will I receive a Housing Choice Voucher for rental assistance?
FWHS is currently finalizing vouchers for the last applicants on our 2017 Wait List. Our agency will serve these individuals before assigning vouchers to those on the 2021 list.
FWHS awards a limited number of vouchers each month. You will be able to view your position on the Wait List on the Applicant Portal as records are updated, but we cannot determine a specific date when you will be awarded a voucher. The process can be lengthy, depending upon demand.
I need to update my email or phone number. What do I do?
I am having difficulty accessing the Applicant Portal. How can I get help?
Email your question with your name, confirmation number and contact information to Admissions@fwhs.org, and we will return the message as soon as possible. FWHS is not able to respond to telephone inquiries about the HCV program.
