CTA/SDPBC have concluded their salary/contract language negotiations for the 2022-2023 school year.
A ratification vote for the FY23 CTA CBA Tentative Agreement will take place over the next few weeks. Ballots should be distributed to your school-sites by the end of this week!
Please review the timeline below to ensure you receive and return your ballot in time for your vote to count.
*** An error was found and corrected on page 2 of the notice/summary below. The correction is in red - 3.1%, not 3.2% as previously displayed (for Annual Contract, Highly Effective, Certified level).
*** Cleared language used to explain the second to last bullet point under Contract Language re:starting salary for certain masters degree level positions such as SPL, OT/PT, School Psychologists, etc.
