How Will You Support Youth Ministry in 2021?
During the listening sessions for the Strategic Planning Team report, many participants emphasized a need for continued outreach to youth and young adults in the presbytery's future. Colleen Earp, the presbytery’s associate for youth ministry, offers the following ideas for congregations:
  • Invite youth to lead worship and speak out on issues they care about;
  • Ordain youth as ruling elders in your congregation;
  • Reach out to young people in your midst to encourage them
Connect with Colleen to brainstorm how to support young leaders in learning and in fellowship in your particular context.
