Learn about God and the Environment
POJ’s Older Adult Ministry and Camp Hanover are partnering again March 24 for a day of fellowship, learning, food, and worship for adults. Explore God in the context of our environment through a combination of group activities, brief lectures, and table discussions. Participants will look at the latest information on what’s happening to our climate, then zoom in a bit to talk about ways we can connect with God through nature.
High School Retreat Guides Teens to Good
Darren Utley, associate pastor at Fairfield Presbyterian, will lead Camp Hanover’s high school retreat, March 21-22. Following Romans 12:21, Pastor Utley will help youth participants understand how they can make a difference in their lives and world by overcoming evil with good.
