Increased Demand for Pulpit Supply
Churches are looking for more names for POJ’s pulpit supply as the current individuals on the list get booked quickly. Pastors and sessions rely on this list to fill temporary preaching vacancies year round, but the greatest demand is during summer. If you're available to help a church in need, email Kelley Hope to be added to the roster.
Grants Available for Small Church Needs
Small Church Ministry reminds you they have funds available for 2019 for projects and outreach by small churches. Recently, Second PC Petersburg used a grant to update its accounting system and Forest Hill PC began a summer food truck ministry. What needs do you have for which a grant could help?
Planning Calendars to Arrive in August
POJ has submitted our order for planning calendars. The PC(USA) Store expects to ship them in August. Watch your email for a notice when they arrive.
