SAVE THE DATE!!!!
I am happy to announce that we will be conducting the "Fourth Annual Man vs. Machine Seminar" on November 3, 2015 (Election Day) at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York. For those of you that do not know, this CLE seminar is held annually and focuses on the defense of a DWI breath test case.
This year's program "Blood, Sweat and Breath" will focus on the basics of blood and breath testing as well as discovery by use of CPL 240.20 and F.O.I.L. Requests.
I will be lecturing on the cross of a breath test operator which will be followed by a mock cross examination conducted by 6 members of the National College for DUI Defense based on a fact pattern which will use New York Police Department arrest paperwork and the Intoxilyzer 5000EN. Each panel member will handle a different segment of the cross and we will have discussion on each point of cross examination.
7.0 CLE credits will be available and breakfast and refreshments will be served on site. This year we are thrilled to have an excellent panel of lecturers, details and registration information will be released shortly.
The registration form for the November 3rd CLE is located above in the "Quick Links" section.
