Third Small Church Forum Scheduled
The third workshop for small churches from Presbytery of the James and the Presbyterian Foundation is Saturday, January 5. This free event helps small congregations network and learn about financial and management best practices. The event is noon to 2 p.m. at Colonial Heights Presbyterian and includes lunch. A Hanover Christmas
Join in a magical night of music and drama celebrating the birth of Jesus at a Hanover Christmas, December 7 and 8. Each night, a cast of characters will transport you back in time. End your journey with fellowship, refreshments, and music at Wise Lodge.
Registration Open for Winter Camp
Youth in grades 5 through 12 are invited to a winter getaway at Camp Hanover December 28-30. See camp through the lens of a different season and participate in expected camp activities plus some winter-only traditions. Like enjoying a mug of hot chocolate around the largest bonfire you've ever experienced.

Swift Creek Presbyterian Church invites you to
learn about a special wartime Christmas on Sunday, December 9 from 5 to 6 p.m. The event will share the story of peace and the triumph of the holiday spirit during World War I. Childcare is available for children under 10.
Happy 95th Anniversary, Sandston

Sandston Presbyterian Church celebrated its 95th anniversary on Saturday, December 1. The church was  established December 30, 1923 and services are still held in its original sanctuary. The congregation invited friends and former members to join in festivities that afternoon.
Dismantling Racism Ministry Invites You to Winter Retreat

Join Dismantling Racism Ministries in January for discussions with author Jonathan Wilson-Hartgrove on his latest book, Reconstructing the Gospel: Finding Freedom from Slaveholder Religion.
