Cleaning and Disinfection for
Non-emergency Transport Vehicles
and Wearing Eye Protection
To all Providers,

It is vitally important that we continue to take measures to keep our team safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. One of the primary actions you, your staff and drivers should practice is consistently cleaning and disinfecting your non-emergency transport vehicles. Also important, is wearing proper personal protective equipment and regularly practicing hand hygiene.

Southeastrans supports this recommendation and encourages all drivers to wear face coverings and eye protection to protect themselves as well as their passengers during transportation.

Below is a link to guidelines from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) on Interim Recommendations for U.S. Non-emergency Transport Vehicles that May Have Transported Passengers with Suspected/Confirmed Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) .

Please read thoroughly and ensure your drivers are trained and re-trained properly.
If you have any questions or concerns or if we can be of assistance, please reach out.

Thank you again for all you do and for your commitment and that of your drivers and staff.
Sincerely,
