ITEC Physical Facilities May Be Closed, But Education and Caring for
ITEC Youth & Staff Continues
While the students may not be able to visit our Centers, that doesn't mean their routines and education cannot continue. Through technology and an unwavering commitment from our Center Managers, coaches and staff, our youth receive daily communications and support with instructional and educational videos. In turn, the children are sending back videos, photos and messages to the Managers and are feeling the love, hope and care  from their ITEC family.  It is important that we all stay connected at this time. Our dedicated ITEC family is doing our part to make sure that happens every day for our precious children, their families and YOU , our valued donors!
A VIDEO MESSAGE FROM ITEC CEO, EREZ VIDER

Our goal is to continue to bring updates ensuring you are aware of all that is happening at your Centers at this critical time. Our CEO, Erez Vider, has a heartfelt message from Israel for you.
ITEC STUDENTS RETURN HOME SAFELY TO ISRAEL

The ITEC students and Coaches who were in Florida for exhibitions all returned safely home to Israel and are currently completing their 14-day quarantine at home. While their experience was cut short, they are safely under the care of their family and ITEC family.
TRAINING & ROUTINES CONTINUE FOR ITEC STUDENTS

The students at our Centers are special in many ways. One of the ways they continue to excel is through their determination to always do their best and constantly find ways to improve. We receive messages everyday from students showing us how they are learning, growing and achieving in these difficult times.

We will continue to share stories, images and videos of how they are refusing to let this virus interfere with their opportunities to be the best version of themselves. Be sure to follow us on social media to get updates and see how your investment in them is not only inspiring them to continue to be committed to improving themselves, but how it may inspire you as well.
SEND A MESSAGE TO OUR STUDENTS

As our students are attempting to adjust to a rather abrupt change to an ordinary routine, our Centers remain their home away from home, and you are their extended family. We wish to compile messages of encouragement for them and are asking you to send a note, video or email so that we might be able to share this with them. Here is a message from Shadi (20) and his brother, Samer (16) and sister, Karin (13).    ‌    ‌

Every day, Hans Felius, serves ITEC as our N ational Tennis and Social Impact Director . He has the luxury of being around our students and the Centers watching how they develop day by day. With the Centers closed, he has put down his racket and picked up his pen to document for you in the form of a daily journal that we will carry on our website as a blog. Visit our site to read his daily entries, like the one below:

"It is so important for the ITEC children and staff that they are able to continue to communicate with their friends and role models during this extended period of social distancing. Their ITEC family has established this ongoing correspondence through "What's App" groups between the children and their managers, helping the youth create routines for themselves while they are home, continuing to learn how to care for themselves under stressful circumstances, how to empathize and support their friends and family and how to keep fit and maintain their health. The response from the children and their families has been phenomenal to the fitness and exercise videos that ITEC sends every day and sharing videos of their workouts in return. Over 5400 children are communicating back and forth with our staff-their ITEC family ."
