Announcing an Association for
Facility Dog Handlers in the United States

Justice Facility Dogs US
~ a program of Courthouse Dogs Foundation

In response to many requests, Courthouse Dogs Foundation is establishing a membership association for legal professionals who handle certified facility dogs.

We have decided to call the organization Justice Facility Dogs (rather than Courthouse Facility Dogs) to be certain that everyone feels included, whether you are a victim advocate, forensic interviewer, prosecutor, CASA staff member, or another legal professional.

You are invited to visit the website for Justice Facility Dogs US. This organization is still under development, so please feel free to let us know what you would like to see added or changed!

We'd love to have you join our new group. Membership is completely free of charge during 2022. In future years, members themselves will determine if they would like to impose a membership fee.

Full membership is open to:
  • Facility dog handlers
  • Staff at agencies who are involved in the facility dog programs (such as the manager of the facility dog program)
  • Staff at ADI accredited organizations who provide facility dogs
