Facility Rental Continuing to Expand
Greetings!

Now that In-Person Learning has resumed, beginning March 26th, we will be moving to phase 2. We will be opening additional spaces for use by the community, allowing level 3 organizations to make reservations, and opening the Performing Arts Center. Please contact us for more information on specific spaces and availability.

As we expand our Facility Rentals, please remember that you must adhere to all Renton School District Policies and CDC COVID Guidelines.

Here is what is included in phase two:

  • Phase 2 - User Levels 1a, 1b, 2, and 3 will be allowed to use our Elementary, Middle, and High School fields and parking lots. Indoor spaces remain unavailable until we resume in-person learning at these schools. The performing arts center will resume limited bookings.

If you haven't already, please take this opportunity to get your account setup, organization created, insurance and required documents submitted, and rental requests submitted.

All facility rental requests must be made at least ten days prior to the event date or the start of a series of dates. If you need a date sooner than ten days, you will need to contact us and we can discuss the possibility of accommodating that request.

We will continue to provide updated communication and will be updating the facility rental section of the district website with the current phase. We will also provide resources with guidance for maintaining safety and related COVID compliance while on district property.

The facility rental team is here to help you with questions or if you need assistance in getting setup in the new system. Please don't hesitate to send us an email: rsd.facilityuse@rentonschools.us or simply reply to this email!
Booking the Performing Arts Center
We are excited to bring events back to the performing arts center. Please contact the Theater Manager for availability and information.
Online Registration
All Renton School District Facility Rental is now booked online and requires an account and your organization to be setup before making that request.
Certificate of Insurance
The most common road block for organizations booking spaces within the district is a correct insurance certificate listing the district as certificate holder. Ensure your certificate is up-to-date and meets the requirements.
Sporting Activity Supplement
Organizations requesting rentals that will include activities such as basketball, baseball, etc. must have a completed Concussion Head Injury Supplement on file with the Facility Rental Manager.
