Facility Rental Updates

During the Board Meeting held on Monday, March 24, 2025, the HOA board approved a new facility rental policy. The changes include a $250 deposit along with a $250 non-refundable rental fee. (Two separate $250 payments with one of them non-refundable.) These changes will be applied to all rentals after June 1st. Please review the updated policy below.

Facility Rentals are Open

Facility Rental Applications for May, June, July and August are now open. If you have previously submitted a facility rental application and it was denied, please submit an application again. All facility rentals AFTER JUNE 1st will follow the new policy guidelines above. These updates will not apply to April and May rentals. Applications are approved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
