Facility Rentals are Open

Facility Rental Applications for September, October, November and December are now open. If you have previously submitted a facility rental application and it was denied, please resubmit your application.

Facility Rental Update Reminder

During the Board Meeting held on Monday, March 24, 2025, the HOA board approved a new facility rental policy. The changes include a $250 refundable deposit along with a $250 non-refundable rental fee. (Two separate $250 payments with one of them non-refundable.) These changes will be applied to all rentals after June 1st. Please review the updated policy below.
