Our new coreless winders are running beautifully, turning out efficient and neat coreless rolls. Coreless winders provide additional options for our customers and reduce cycle times.

We are in the process of digitizing all our production lines. The first one is scheduled for installation in two weeks. Digitized lines increase efficiency for us, and increase consistency and quality for our customers.

Current Lead Times

Small Bags: 3 weeks (8"-36")

Medium Bags: 3 weeks (36"-64")

Multi Color Print: 2-3 weeks (Bags and film)

Single Color Print: 5 weeks (Bags and film)

Big Bags: 5 weeks (64" or wider)

Groundbreaking Update

We're in the permitting process now for our new 41,000 square foot warehouse and production facility expansion, bringing our total facility to 91,000 square feet. The additional space will allow us to offer 5-layer film capabilities, MDO film technology, and more possibilities to expand equipment in the future. As we get more information, we'll keep you posted.
