Launching February 2024: InfoSparks
VMLS is bringing you a new, interactive market stats program called InfoSparks. InfoSparks will replace Domus and integrate into FlexMLS.
REMINDER: During the transition, market stats will ONLY be available using the market stats in Flex in addition to the market stats on the VBR webpage.
InfoSparks will launch on February 13th, with a training webinar on February 16th. Please watch for additional details!
InfoSparks will provide access to real-time, robust, live market stats going back 20 years. You can send info to clients, post to your website, and include data in newsletters. Market stats are a valuable tool to demonstrate your deep insight into our local real estate market as you guide clients through the buying or selling process.

FREE classes for VBR Realtor® and Appraiser members
The Vail Board of REALTORS® is offering free VBR-hosted education in 2024!
Courses taken with providers outside of the VBR do not count for the free class.

Code of Ethics cycle ends December 2024
ALL Realtors® and Appraisers must take at least 2.5 hours of Ethics instruction during a three-year cycle.
The current 3-year Ethics cycle is January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024. It is separate from any license cycle with the state.
VBR will host Ethics classes throughout 2024. There are also options through the NAR site (free and paid).
