Mental Health Resources

The month of March highlights several dates raising awareness for different mental health challenges, including Eating Disorder Awareness Week (Feb 26th- March 3rd), Self-Injury Awareness Day (March 1st), Teen Mental Health Day (March 2nd), and University Mental Health Day (March 7th).

NAMI: National Institute for Mental Illness is a great organization that provides tools and raises awareness relating to Mental Health. As advisors, we may not see our students every day or even each week, but they often share with us the hurdles they are facing on their way to graduation.
