This 8-week USF Summer Grant Writing Workshop walks participants through the proposal development process, making progress on their grant section-by-section each week to develop competitive proposals. Learn more about the workshop program and how to participate.

AI+X Fall 2023 Symposium

The USF AI+X Institute and NLP Group are organizing a symposium in Fall 2023 on a variety of AI-related topics---ChatGPT, GPT-4, Image generation, Biomedical AI, AI policy, AI in education, and more. We are soliciting feedback on what you'd like to see, present, and discuss. Please pass on this message and fill out the survey here.

Open Call for BullsVote Democratic Engagement Coalition

Are you interested in voter registration and education? Would you like to help USF maintain its Voter Friendly Campus Designation? In your space, do you engage in civic engagement efforts related to the democratic process? If yes, we invite you to join the BullsVote Democratic Engagement Coalition.

The nonpartisan coalition devises programs and strategies to expand access to voting materials and resources on USF's three campuses. We would like to invite support from all interested individuals and departments. The commitment for 2023 is approximately 2 hours per month, and an expansion of meetings and preparations in 2024. Deadline for Summer Course Software

USF IT is readying our technology for the Summer 2023 semester, and we are reaching out to ensure you have the software you need in labs and classrooms to support your spring courses.

A library of software is available for faculty and students to access from anywhere on the USF Application Gateway. Please visit the website and review the list of software that is currently available, and if you find there is software you need that is not listed, you can request it by using our new Lab and Classroom Software Request Form.

These dates are for both requesting to have new software installed as well as upgrading existing software that you plan to use again.
