Zack Buck
Professor Zack Buck was featured as one of twenty experts in an article published by MoneyGeek on Apr. 7, 2022, entitled, “Guide to Health Insurance for Students and Young Adults.” He participated in the “Expert Q&A,” where he answered questions that focused on what young people should look for when shopping for health insurance. Joan Heminway
Professor Joan Heminway’s symposium piece, “Federalized Corporate Governance: The Dream of William O. Douglas as Sarbanes-Oxley Turns 20,” was recently published by the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.
 
Professor Heminway has also given two recent continuing legal education presentations. She presented a dual-credit session for the East Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women entitled: "Yoga as Legal Ethics & Professionalism" and (together with LMU Dean Matt Lyon) a session for the Tennessee Bar Association’s annual Business Law Forum entitled: "No Partner Left Behind: Organizing a Limited Liability Entity for a Pre-existing Business Venture."
Michael Higdon
Associate Dean Michael Higdon wrote a post for the "Leading as Lawyers" blog, entitled "Teaching as Leadership: Lessons from Pat Summitt."

Associate Dean Higdon also contributed a chapter entitled "The Editing Process" to an upcoming book from Carolina Academic Press entitled "The Scribes Manual for Law Review Editors."

Professor Alex Long was recently quoted in an article appearing in the Knoxville News Sentinel concerning the litigation over the TVA coal ash spill cleanup in Kingston, TN.
Glenn Reynolds and Penny White
Professors Glenn Reynolds & Penny White's article, "The New Due Process: Fairness in a Fee-Driven State," received a lengthy and positive review in The Crime Report.
Paula Schaefer
Associate Dean Paula Schaefer was a speaker in the program Big Law, Big Discovery, Big Trouble: Arnold & Porter and the Opioid Discovery Controversy. The program was organized by the Jacob Burns Center for Ethics in the Practice of Law at Cardozo Law.
Greg Stein
Professor Greg Stein’s article, "Environmental Justice and the Tragedy of the Commons," has been accepted for publication in California Law Review Online. The article is scheduled to be published this spring or summer.
Maurice Stucke
The University of Chicago Booth School of Business published Professor Maurice Stucke's post, "Why Competition Alone Won’t Bring About a More Inclusive Digital Economy," which discusses his newest book, "Breaking Away: How to Regain Control Over Our Data, Privacy, and Autonomy."

Professor Stucke also published another blog post, entitled "Data Competition Won't Protect Your Privacy," with the Institute for New Economic Thinking.
