TENTPOLES for AUGUST 2, 2026

Thank you for being part of the 93rd Annual League of New Hampshire Craftsmen's Fair. We are grateful for the energy, creativity, and generosity you bring to our mountaintop community and for the way you support one another throughout the week.

Please take a few minutes each day to read Tent Poles, your daily source for Fair updates, news, and important information. This communication will be sent daily and with the most current updates.

You'll also find a QR code on your name badge that links to a webpage with schedules, resources, and everything you need throughout the Fair.

Access in the Morning

All vehicles OFF property by 9 AM

We are providing limited access via the corner of Lot 1 closest to Spruce Lodge early in the morning. All vehicles must be off property by 9 AM and that fence will be CLOSED by 9:30 AM.

Thank you for your understanding!

Volunteers in the tents

We are light on volunteers to serve as booth sitters today, August 2. If you know that you will need help, please drop your volunteer request form (in your booth packet) off at the Information Tent and you will be prioritized.

Please support your neighbors - thank you!

Important Notices
Lift Rides and Craftsmen Appreciation Night

Craftsmen/badgeholders are allowed to ride the lift without cost during the Fair. We have been provided with the lift passes in the Fair office, which the badgeholders may pick up.

There is a short window to ride late on Tuesday during our "Craftsmen Appreciation Night". The lift will run until 6 PM. The dinner portion of our evening begins at 5:30 PM.

PLEASE PICK UP YOUR CRAFTSMEN APPRECIATION NIGHT DINNER TICKETS IN THE FAIR OFFICE

All booth holders receive ONE ticket. Partnerships receive TWO.

Any additional tickets for guests are $15 each. All Fair participants are welcome to buy tickets and join us!

We would like to have an approximate count for catering ASAP, so picking up tickets today (Sunday) or Monday by noon would be appreciated. We are welcoming Chef Alan Natkiel from Georgia's Northside BBQ for this special night!

Badges at the Fair

We utilize a reusable badge system which is carefully outlined in the initial Tentpoles, linked HERE.

Booth holders - please be sure to leave any badges that will need to be picked up during the day at the Badge Tent at Gate 2. These are badges to be used by people helping you in your booth - these are not designed to be guest passes to the Fair.

ACD and TSATF participants and demonstrators - you will need to sign out a badge daily and return it. This only takes a minute at the badge tent as you enter, and is both an important part of ensuring appropriate access at the event, and keeping us aware of who is on the property as a Fair participant, in the event of any emergency.

If you have any questions after you carefully review the Tentpoles overview, please reach out for clarification. We are here to help!! nhleague@nhcrafts.org
