2023 End-of-Year
CEO Address.
| In closing the calendar year 2023, Steve Chahal, President & Chief Executive Officer, in a special address, reflected upon the essential accomplishments that have been made this year by the Fairfax Software teams worldwide and reiterated his gratitude to all our clients for making these improvements possible. Steve specifically mentioned the adjunction of new Artificial Intelligence technologies in our platforms such that they could be easily plugged into our client production environments in the new year. | | |

- We promoted David Solomon to Senior Support Engineer in December of 2023. He has been an outstanding addition to the Fairfax Support Team as he started in March of 2022. Fairfax has relied on him on many occasions, and he has built tremendous relationships with some key customers such as LA County, Oklahoma Tax and Texas CPA. He’s always willing to help his fellow engineers and a pleasure to work with.

Steve Wilcox is another Senior Support Engineer and one of his main customers is Connecticut Department of Revenue Services. Each year Fairfax processes annual changes, and he has done such a good job that he finished roughly 2-3 weeks early which has never happened before. He then went on to assist in the creation of a "best practices methodology" so that other engineers can see how he does his annual changes so that everyone can benefit from his best practices. Steve works very hard for his customers, is always there for them, and finds ways to meet all of their needs.
