We are off to a strong start and are grateful to those that have sent in pledges. Our goal is 100% participation and we would like every parishioner to fill out a letter of intent so that we can reach that participation goal. To keep to our tight timeline of completing this project by August of 2020, we need to reach our pledge goal of $10-12 million before construction can begin on February 3, 2020. Building Update
The design team finalized the Construction Documents this past week. The design build team will now be putting the drawings out to bid. This is a multi-week process that will involve numerous sub-contractors bidding on various bid packages of like construction elements (carpentry, electrical, etc). At the culmination of this process, all sub-contractors will be selected and will begin preparing for construction on the Parish Activity Center to commence.

Parish Activity Center
The new Parish Activity Center will be a 12,700 square foot stand-alone addition that will house the following:
  • Gymnasium featuring bleacher seating
  • Performance stage
  • Catering Kitchen for Parish events and wedding receptions
  • Concession area
  • Storage
  • Restrooms and lockers 
 
Interior Renovation of Existing Gym
The existing gymnasium will be renovated into classroom space that will house the following:
  • 5 new classrooms and Science Lab that will be used by the 7th and 8th grades
  • New Restrooms
  • New lockers for the Middle School
  • Collaborative Work Space for students
  • The former classrooms in the cafeteria will be used as new meeting space for school and church groups.
  • Upgrades to the school infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and the building envelope

Main Entrance to the School
The new entrance will feature the following:
  • Secure Entry into the school up to the current security standards for schools
  • Interior modifications and improvements to the office space
  • New Conference space for meetings

Site Development
Greenspace, drainage and other site improvements that will need to be made to accommodate the new structure.
  • Additional green space and landscaping along the east wall of the property
  • Relocate the existing playground
  • Improvements to the current field area
