Due to the passing of Pastor Chris' husband she won't

be with us for the near future.

The Congregational Conversation and "Brunch" scheduled for this Sunday, (February 9, 2025)

will not happen at this time.

Plans are to resume Conversation and "Brunch" in March.

Thanks to all who planned to bring food. Hope we can count on your generosity next month.

Meal Train for Pastor Chris

During times of sadness and loss, people often look for ways to help out a grieving family. One of the ways we, here at Faith, can do this for Pastor Chris and her family is a meal train. A meal train is a website that helps to coordinate the making of meals for the family. By following the link below, you can select a date and put what kind of meal you are going to provide. Given that Pastor Chris leaves about 40 minutes away, if you are unable to deliver food to her house, please contact Heather Johnson 860-558-6352/ heatherlhjohnson@gmail.com or contact the church office 860-583-5809/ChurchOffice@FaithBristolCT.org . Meals can also be kept frozen in the church freezer if it is made ahead of the time you selected.

As God calls us to pray for one another, there is solace in community. The more we understand what we’re going through, the more we can comfort one another and share experiences. Pastor Chris encourages mutual prayer and care but without being intrusive. She would also like those making additions and deletions to the list to have the loved one’s permission to do so.
