I can't believe that I’m still hearing fireworks around my neighborhood - go ‘Merica! I hope you had a fun, safe, 4th of July. A long time ago, my sister learned the hard way not to hold a roman candle in your hand after lighting. Yikes!
Something for your calendar…On Sunday, July 20 I’ll be leading a Lego Bible lesson at 10:40 AM right after worship in the Upper Room. I would love to have y’all come as a family and have some fun with me!
I’ve been seeing a lot of back to school ads. Wow - that came fast! Just a reminder, FaithTrek starts up the Sunday after Labor Day on September 7th and our BackPack Blessing will be Sunday, August 10th, during worship.
On Sunday, August 24, any new-to-be 3rd grader will meet with the pastors to receive their new Bibles at 10:40 AM after worship - pretty exciting!
