Preschool Teddy Bear Parades

MMES ended February with its traditional Preschool Teddy Bear Parades!  There were two parades: one  9:15 for the morning students and 1:15 for the afternoon students.  The preschool classes paraded with their teddy bears in the hallways of our building.  All of the other classes sat against the hallway walls and cheered them on along with the many parents who came.  This year, the preschool and kindergarten students, staff, and parents from Fort McDowell's H'man'shawa Early Learning Center joined us!  After the parades, everyone enjoyed Teddy Bear Picnics outside on the kindergarten playground turf.  It was a lovely day!

3rd Grade AzMERIT Test Schedule

The 3rd grade AzMERIT state assessment will consist of 5 test sessions spread out between April 8-26 from 9:00-11:00 each day:  
 
English Language Arts: Writing (approx. 45-90 min.)
Mathematics, Part 1 (approx. 50-85 min.)
Mathematics, Part 2 (approx. 50-85 min.)
ELA: Reading, Part 1 (approx. 45-75 min.)
