Annual Atlanta HBCU/Black History Tour

This past June, we were finally able to bring back our annual HBCU/Black History tour after having to skip two years due to Covid. We took 15 girls in grades 8-10 and the experience was life-changing to all who attended.

Camp Nia Performance

Forty-two girls completed Camp Nia 2022! In just 8 days, they learned lines, dances, songs, and put together a beautiful set with multiple backdrops. We are very proud of the impressive performance they put on for their family, friends, and community…after just 8 days of camp.

Our next Camp Nia performance will be on Saturday, December 17th. 

Tickets will be go on sale the week of Thanksgiving for $10 each.

Scholarship Awards Reception

In partnership with the California Commission on the Status of Women and Girls, Sisters of Nia awarded 42 young women $50,000 in scholarship funds!!!

This was an epic accomplishment for Sisters of Nia as this is the most we have ever awarded in the history of our program. We are ecstatic to present our 2022 recipients, each of whom is very deserving.

We are very proud of all their accomplishments in life so far and look forward to staying connected to see what their future holds. 

In partnership with Cosumnes CSD, One Community Health, and Another Choice, Another Chance, we are excited to announce the return of our annual

youth leadership conference!

Please join us for a night out with Sisters of Nia at the Kings Game on Sunday, November 20th!

Game time - 3:00 pm

A portion of the ticket proceeds will go directly to Sisters of Nia.
