Discussion will include challenges facing tribal communities, including environmental injustice and preservation of sacred land, water, and air, and missing and murdered indigenous women and girls. Along with women of faith from across Texas, learn about issues of concern impacting our communities from experts in Austin vetted by our faith partner, Texas Impact. Once we understand the issues we are taught how to effectively contact our elected officials to boldly advocate for justice.
