Kathleen McAdams, Esq., is currently VP and Pennsylvania State Agency Underwriting Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company, working in the Philadelphia office. She provides underwriting support for agents and approved attorneys in Pennsylvania and represents the Companies on the executive board and several committees of the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania and the Title Issues & Records and Legislative & Judicial Committees of the PLTA.
She has been in the title insurance industry and real estate business for over twenty-five years, nine of which were spent with Commonwealth Land Title. During this time, she has done underwriting and claims work and also worked in compliance. Ms. McAdams received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Temple University School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, traveling and photography.
