Workshop One: Tuesday, October 13, 10 to 11:30 am
Workshop Two: Thursday, October 15, 4 to 5 pm
Career Options Workshop One highlights Focus 2 and looks at career/major alignment. This allows students to see how their values, skills, work interests, and personalities play a role in their career choices. They are introduced to Myers-Brigg personality types, John Holland Code types, career readiness, and more! Most beneficial for students uncertain about which major or career will be a good fit for them.
Workshop Two is for individuals who have already logged into Focus 2 and will complete the remainder of their assessments. A facilitator provides an overview to students and alumni, who will be given a link to sign into Focus 2, complete the remaining assessments, and indicate whether they would like an advisor to reach out to them to review the results. Current students will be contacted by their academic advisor, alumni by Career Services.
