As the summer season winds down and we transition to fall, we are all doing our best to plan for what will most certainly be an unusual fall season for our children and families. We have all had to adjust to this "new normal" of wearing masks, being socially distant, and managing multiple zoom meetings a day. You are all doing an amazing job caring for your families during these challenging times and you deserve to be recognized for your hard work and dedication.
Planning Ahead
Typically the Commission would be planning several community workshops throughout Massachusetts for grandparents raising grandchildren and community partners. Due to COVID-19, however, we are in the process of scheduling multiple webinars in lieu of in-person community workshops and we
 hope you will join us.

Setting Boundaries with Loved Ones

Virtual Resource Fair

The Commission is working on putting together a virtual resource fair to share information about local and state services and resources to help grandparents raising grandchildren, relative caregivers, and service providers. We hope to include DCF, DTA, WIC, Elder Services, and more in this resource fair.
