Platinum Sponsor Spotlight: Lydig
Design-Build affords project owners the opportunity to start a project by selecting a team they can trust. DEI News - Northwest and National
Don't Miss Your opportunity to Complete NW Region's Diversity Survey!

DBIA Northwest’s DEI Committee is co-chaired by Blanca Rodriguez and Herb Yamamoto. Thanks to everyone that has participated, so far, in the Diversity Survey. In order for this to best serve our members, we need as many people as possible to complete the survey.

Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts. The survey closes in December and results will be shared in an upcoming newsletter.

In National news, our own Herb Yamamoto is chairing DBIA’s National DEI committee! The new year was kicked off in September and had great representation from all Regions and by all experience levels. National's goal is to create a list of focused DEI initiatives by October.

CHAPTER NEWS
Central WA
The Central WA Chapter is up and running!

After successfully hosting a springtime event focused on Progressive Design-Build best practices, the Central WA Chapter has gained enough momentum to become DBIA’s most recently formalized Chapter. The grassroots group started out with four DBIA members who shared a passion for alternative delivery best practices and recognized the need for a centralized chapter. The Central WA chapter will serve as a resource for practitioners and owners east of the Cascades, reaching as far as northern Oregon and into Southern Idaho. Read More
