10-year Strategic Plan

Serve more families than ever before

Habitat HMD’s 10-year strategic sightline calls for us to become the community builder of choice in Halton-Mississauga-Dufferin. Over the next 10 years, we will create the next generation of affordable housing options with the greatest social and economic impact.

This plan was developed to guide our team with the end goal of transforming more lives by tripling the total number of families that Habitat HMD has served. 🏠 Tiny Homes on the Move

September was a big month in our tiny home world! We are thrilled to have delivered three of our Tiny Homes to our partners, The Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation in the Bruce Peninsula.

🏛 Vote 4 Housing

At Habitat for Humanity, we believe everyone has the right to a safe and decent place to live. That’s why we are looking Beyond the Build, recognizing how decent housing can transform futures, strengthen communities, and foster resiliency and stability that transcends generations.
