Hello everyone!

I know it's almost winter here in the US, but the calendar says it's Fall, so I thought I'd better get this note out before we are fully into December. The snow is already falling here in Northern Michigan and we're all starting to settle in for another winter. Both personally and professionally, I'm (we) looking back at goals set this time last year, seeing how things actually panned out, and making decisions for 2024 based on a number of factors. Market conditions and new technologies will require us to be fluid in our planning.

For instance, over the last couple of months, we've been developing and deploying our chatbots Albert G Knowingsworth and his sidekick Alberta. These Ai bots have been absolute game changers in terms of productivity, accuracy, and the completeness of our documentation. These bots are being used internally for now and have been designed to be powerful tools for our sales and support teams. Albert and Alberta reference the Generations web pages, help system, ticketing system, and a number of other useful depositories and then consolidate all of that data into useful tidbits for our teams use, share, and update along the way.

We remain grateful for the opportunity to serve our clients year after year. Each day, Team G comes together (albeit remotely) to help our clients and each other, and in doing so, they've created the types of friendships and partnerships that make the in-home care industry a very special place to be.
