Curt Pringle Speaks at the Urban Land Institute

Legislative Staffer Luncheon:

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast

In July, CP&A was honored to host a Legislative Staffer Luncheon in collaboration with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast (BGCOC). Serving children and families in Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Orange and Santa Ana, BGCOC is dedicated to ensuring that every child has mentors and champions to guide them in life.

We had the privilege of touring their impressive facilities where we learned about impactful programs like the Family Strengthening Initiative, College Bound and Workforce Development, as well as their strong partnerships with local nonprofits. We also explored the on-site CHOC clinic and heard firsthand about the positive influence BGCOC has on the surrounding community.

We thank all the legislative staffers who attended, with a special thanks to BGCOC Chief Operating Officer, Kristle Duran and BGCOC Director of Philanthropy, David Blair for their hospitality and thoughtful insight.

Featuring Bill Foltz

In Episode 28, Curt Pringle sits down with Bill Foltz, CEO of OCVIBE as he discusses the plan-in-motion to reimagine the vast area surrounding the Honda Center. OCVIBE is set to be a state-of-the-art performance and entertainment district introducing brand-new music venues, countless new restaurants, retail spaces, new residential communities, large green spaces, a hotel, office space, and much more to the heart of Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle. Hear about all the exciting movement towards a complete project and their hopes in making the Honda center a host stadium in the 2028 LA Olympics.

Serving as a Powerful Federal Court Judge

Featuring Hon. Andrew Guilford

In Episode 25, Curt Pringle sits down with Former Federal Court Judge Hon. Andrew Guilford, who presided over more than 400 civil and criminal cases. They discuss his experiences on the bench, his views on Supreme Court stacking, the growing role of courts in the political process, and the significance of judges’ lifetime appointments in protecting minority rights. Additionally, they delve into his final case as a trial lawyer, representing the City of Anaheim in the “Anaheim Angels” name change lawsuit, before his appointment to the Federal Court.

We are excited to introduce one of our newest clients, Polco, a nationally recognized leader in public opinion polling. Polco specializes in gathering and reporting resident feedback, empowering local governments to make informed, data-driven decisions. Their team of experts design and conduct surveys and polls, gather valuable resident insights, and present the data through a user-friendly online dashboard. This innovative platform allows city leaders to easily analyze and segment the data, providing a clear understanding of their constituents' views.

Polco has recently embarked on one of its most ambitious projects around the city of Ontario. They will be collecting data on community sentiment regarding key public policy issues across five cities in the region. This comparative data will enable city leaders to benchmark against one another, offering critical insights that lead to more informed decision-making. CP&A is honored to be brought on as a consultant during this exciting study and we look forward to a long partnership with them.

CP&A is happy to support our client Share Ourselves as they continue to expand their services throughout the region. In a recent endeavor, Share Ourselves expanded their Mission Viejo clinic, doubling the number of medical exam rooms and introducing dental services.

Share Ourselves is a federally qualified health center in the heart of Orange County providing comprehensive health and support services to those in need. They are committed to providing these services regardless of insurance status placing a priority on physical, mental and emotional well-being. They offer services such as preventive care, wellness visits, sick visits, immunizations, health screenings, behavioral health, case management and eligibility screenings.

CP&A had the opportunity to support Share Ourselves as they partnered with the Newport Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD) to open a new clinic at the BESST Center in Costa Mesa. These kinds of partnerships are crucial for their expansion efforts.

During national health center week in August, Share Ourselves distributed approximately 1000 backpacks to students to prepare for the new school year. Share Ourselves remains committed to their mission to provide care and assistance to those in need and advocate for systemic change. We could not be more honored to call them a client during this exciting time of growth.
