Welcome Home Friends and Supporters,

Summer has just turned to Fall in New England and we have already served hundreds of individuals and families who are making housing into homes. We do this by directly interacting with those we serve, and through our growing network of partner organizations - Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Program, Jewish Family and Children's Services, the Newton Food Pantry, Family Access, and so many more. Thank you to these organizations that help us serve more people, faster than we can on our own. There is no end to all the good we can do when we work together.

We are thrilled to announce a donation event in partnership with Mark’s Moving & Storage, our official movers, and The Street, Chestnut Hill.

As cooler weather approaches, everyone is encouraged to donate new or gently used blankets and towels, two of the most requested items by individuals and families. (Sheets will also be accepted.) Donations will be collected on-site in a moving truck generously provided by Mark’s Moving & Storage.

As a thank you, each item donor will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win various items from The Street’s businesses, including Winston Flowers, Showcase SuperLux, SWTHZ, Gorjana, Bond Vet, and M.M.LaFleur.

Item donors can also enjoy complimentary cookies from The Half Cookie, treat vouchers from Polkadog Bakery, and more, while supplies last.

POTTERY SALE at INDULGE!

SEPTEMBER 24 - 27

TO BENEFIT WELCOME HOME

Stop by Indulge!, 16 Lincoln Street, Newton Highlands, MA September 24-27 and purchase a piece of beautiful pottery donated by talented local ceramicists. One hundred percent (minus credit card fees) of every pottery purchase will go directly to Welcome Home. Thank you to owner and potter, Linda Gulman, for coordinating this fundraiser with her artist friends and for her ongoing support of Welcome Home.
