As a small, independent healthcare organization, we are continuously looking for ways to better serve our community.
Island Health receives feedback from patients through mailed surveys that are sent out after clinic appointments, through online reviews such as Google and Facebook, and direct feedback. We take the information provided through these channels seriously. We track and analyze our patients’ feedback to ensure we address every concern and repeat our successes.
We would appreciate if you left a review on either Google or Facebook about your recent visit, and we greatly appreciate your time in completing and returning your mailed surveys. Your input helps us grow!
